In the event you would like to pick up your order and set up yourself, we offer a WILL CALL option for NJ & Brooklyn, NY areas.
DISCLAIMER:
Any stages being picked up from either location requires a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) on file prior to release, listing Pro AV Source, LLC as Loss Payee. In addition, an appropriate vehicle is required for the stages. These are heaving and bulky and NO we cannot strap it down to your Tesla roof (yes, this is a common request). A cargo van, F150 Truck, or larger is required. All depends on the sizes and quantity of your order. Your account manager can assist you with determining the appropriate vehicle.

NORTH BERGEN, NJ PICK UPS: NO Warehouse Prep Fee
Our NJ warehouse is by appointment only. This will be arranged with you prior to pick up. We offer a 2 hour window between the hours of 10am – 6pm Mon – Sat. Note that some days, especially Saturdays, may not be available due to our production schedule. This location is closed on Sundays.
BROOKLYN, NY
BROOKLYN PICK UPS: +$50 Warehouse Prep Fee
Our Brooklyn, NY is an affiliate location, and is open Mon – Fri from 10am – 5pm for pick up and returns. We are closed on the weekends. Your order will only be charged a 1 Day rate for this reason. The $50 is PER ORDER and NOT Per Item. So please budget an additional $50 to your invoice if picking up here.
