The process to rent a stage in NJ is a simple one. We mainly need the exact dimensions of the stage – Width x Length x Height. In addition to any other requirements such as stage skirting, if stairs are needed, as well as safety railings. And lastly, we will need the location and venue specifics. Once these details are provided, we can send over a quote for the total stage rental.
There are various factors that are involved with renting a stage in New Jersey.
First and foremost is the cost of the individual platforms and decks that make up the overall final stage. We will need the exact dimensions of the stage you require – Width x Length x Height. Anything higher than 36″ will need to be braced and safety rails placed on 3 sides or 75% of the stage for safety and liability protection.

From there, we then factor in trucking for the delivery location, labor for set up and strike, as well as any venue specific restrictions such as access to elevator, allotted delivery times, floor protection, etc.
